- Know how local authorities work.
- Use Word, Excel and funeral management software.
- Show listening skills, empathy, discretion and a public service mindset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
