Civil servants and contract agents can apply. Posts are open to the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal 2nd class and Technicien principal 1st class. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
