- Very good knowledge of human rights and gender equality in Brazil.
- Excellent writing skills and negotiation abilities.
- Command of Portuguese (B2), English and French.

- Support Brazilian authorities in designing gender equality policies.
- Help pilot ministries include gender issues in their internal policies.
- Advise the minister on promoting SDG 5 on gender equality.
- Promote coordination between institutions at national level.
- Support bilateral cooperation on feminist diplomacy.
- Work with Brazilian civil society to support feminist diplomacy.
