Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Candidates must meet the statutory conditions of decree no. 2016-1413. Private sector activity from the last three years is checked for compatibility.
Category: Category A+ (senior management)
Diploma: Level 6 (licence or equivalent degree)
Experience: Experience in youth, civic engagement and sports policy, with operational responsibilities
The profile they look for:
- Experience in youth, civic engagement and sports public policy.
- Operational responsibilities already held.
- Knowledge of the administrative, institutional and political environment.
- Ability to lead a team and run projects.
- Strong knowledge of administrative inquiries and administrative police.
- Neutrality, discretion and ability to make decisions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Management role with a team of six staff.
- People appointed for the first time to a senior post will follow induction modules.
- Post classed in group III of senior posts, category A+.
