- At least 3 years of experience in professional integration.
- Good knowledge of job search and career plan methods.
- Skilled at interviews and running group sessions.
- Able to use his or her network of employers and local partners.
- Diplomatic, a good listener, with good people skills.
- Skilled at leading and coordinating a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Standard hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:00, Friday 8:00 to 16:00.
- 25 days of paid leave and 22 days of RTT (time off in lieu) per year.
- Military-inspired setting: uniform, formal order, flag ceremony, national anthem.
- Post may be vacant from 01/01/2027.
