Diploma: Higher education to bac+3, or experience in a similar job
Experience: Experience in a similar job can replace the bac+3
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of public housing and energy policies and rules
- Technical skills: building thermal performance, insulation, renewable energy
- Knowledge of how a energy renovation building site is run and phased
- Valid driving licence B, occasional travel across the agglomeration
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
