Diploma: Bachelor's degree (level 6) or equivalent
Experience: Confirmed experience

- Know ministry policies and the administrative environment
- Coordinate several tasks and work well in a team
- Use office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Be methodical and well organised
- Be autonomous, responsive and proactive
- Have strong analysis and summary skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes today)
Apply online through the Rejoindre l'Éducation nationale portal, the only channel accepted, after creating a candidate account. Applications sent by any other channel will not be considered.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Irregular hours possible (evenings, weekends).
- Job starts on 1 March 2027.
- Category A (managerial grade), no management duties.
