Open to civil servants in the principal technical assistant grades (1st or 2nd class). Contract staff can also apply, if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Principal technical assistant grade (1st or 2nd class), and/or experienced heavy goods vehicle driver.
- Driving licence categories B and C.
- CACES FCO and FIMO certificates.
- Ability to spot vehicle faults and damage.
- Knowledge of hygiene, cleaning and collection tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 29 (Closes in 28 days)
Apply on the employer's website before the deadline. Contacting them or sending a CV by email does not count as an application.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Position vacant from 1 December 2026.

- Pay: basic salary linked to the grade, bonuses and an end-of-year bonus.
