Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Driving licence category B required; category C appreciated.
- Good knowledge of the traffic code.
- Skilled in driving a mechanical street sweeper.
- Follows workplace safety rules.
- Rigorous, organised and a good team player.
- Public service spirit and quick response.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week with 15 days of RTT.
- Hours from 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. when driving the sweeper.
- Takes part in technical services on-call duty according to the schedule.
- Pay includes the RIFSEEP bonus and an end-of-year bonus.
