Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The entry grades in category C allow direct hiring, without a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to drive heavy goods vehicles safely.
- Follow safety rules for machines and the lifting arm.
- Take CACES training for specialised machines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- CACES and FCO training to follow every 5 years.
