Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents (contractuels) can apply. The job is category A.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Licence (bachelor's level) or equivalent, in computing
Experience: Similar experience, in agile Scrum on a web application (required). Expert level.
The profile they look for:
- Higher education diploma in computing.
- Similar experience, ideally in agile Scrum on a web application.
- Mastery of Symfony 6-7 and PHP 8.
- Good knowledge of databases and information systems security.
- Practical skills in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and XML.
- Autonomous, rigorous, reactive, with a good team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Open-plan workspace, with activity peaks and possible on-call duty.
- Position may become vacant from 1 June 2026.
- Not a management role.
