Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, at the entry grade Adjoint technique (category C).
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Higher education in computing, Bac+3 to Bac+5
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in computing, Bac+3 to Bac+5.
- Skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python or PHP.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Awareness of security standards and GDPR.
- Ability to analyse and formalise needs.
- Independence, rigour and a public service mindset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer page. Send your CV and cover letter to the human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Position vacant from 01/12/2026.
- Urgent work may be needed, sometimes outside normal hours.
- A contract worker's contract cannot exceed one year.
