Open to civil servants of certain grades (principal inspectors, principal attachés, divisional inspectors) and to non-civil-servant candidates with an equivalent level of skill and competence.

Diploma: Bachelor's degree (licence, bac+3) or equivalent
Experience: Confirmed experience

- Rigour.
- Excellent knowledge of budget and accounting rules for local authorities.
- Ability to lead change within the team.
- Knowledge of the HELIOS application is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
