Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, as the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: CAP/BEP in cooking
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the field
The profile they look for:
- Skills in large-scale cooking.
- Good knowledge of HACCP standards.
- Use of professional kitchen equipment.
- Team spirit and ability to work in coordination.
- Stamina for heat, lifting and standing for long periods.
- Punctuality, to keep delivery trucks on schedule.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Leave outside school holidays and taking part in some events organised by the council.
