Civil servants in the territorial civil service at the rédacteur grades are targeted. Contract agents holding a baccalauréat can also apply.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Baccalauréat minimum and training in secretarial work required.
The profile they look for:
- Be a civil servant in category B (rédacteur), or a contract agent.
- Hold at least the baccalauréat.
- Have training in secretarial work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The job is vacant from 23/11/2026.
- Category B job, open to the rédacteur, rédacteur principal 2nd class and rédacteur principal 1st class grades.
- A contract agent can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
