Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. The post concerns the attaché or rédacteur job grades, category A or B.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Baccalaureate level at least
Experience: Experienced in the field of the job
The profile they look for:
- Baccalaureate level at least, with significant experience in the field.
- Good knowledge of people facing insertion difficulties and of social support schemes.
- Skills in group facilitation and project methodology.
- Good listening and relationship skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Organised, teaching skills, rigorous, and comfortable with computer tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
