This job is open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. It is category A.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (level 6)
Experience: Expert level required
The profile they look for:
- Expert level in HR Access, payroll and DSN.
- Good command of project management and steering (RIME).
- Good command of the general civil service status.
- Ability to write a specifications document.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, and autonomy.
- Ability to technically supervise other staff.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
