Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. You must have 3 years in your current post on the start date. Applications that do not meet this condition will not be examined.

Experience: At least 3 years in the current post on the start date.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
