- Operational command experience; a successful first command post is preferred.
- Legal knowledge and knowledge of administrative, budget and financial management rules.
- Assessing risk factors, including the dangerousness of people under justice supervision.
- Adaptability, listening skills and communication skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
