Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFD, BPJEPS or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Experience in after-school care or team supervision (appreciated)
The profile they look for:
- BAFD, BPJEPS or equivalent diploma, ideally.
- Experience in after-school care or in supervising a team.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Good listening skills, kind but firm authority, able to handle unexpected situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Annualised part-time: 29h15 per week, about 83% of a full-time job.
- Start date planned for 1 January 2027.
- Open grades: adjoint d'animation, principal 2nd or 1st class.
