Territorial civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a competitive exam can be hired, because a category C grade allows direct recruitment. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply by contract.

- Knowledge of hygiene rules in collective catering (HACCP) and building safety.
- Experience managing teams with varied jobs.
- Running operational schedules and leading activity projects.
- Good people skills, rigour and quick reactions to problems.
- Good listening and mediation skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
