The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of school, out-of-school and educational fields, including child development from 3 to 11 years.
- Ability to lead and steer projects.
- Good communication, listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and unite a team.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigour, organisation and initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
