Experience: Confirmed experience

- Similar responsibilities at a mobile operator, telecom equipment maker or app developer
- Knowledge of IT system engineering, deployment and operation
- Awareness of information system security
- Experience in public administration and familiarity with public tenders
- Strong knowledge of mobile networks, core networks and architectures
- Good summary skills, ability to lead a team and present trade-offs
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
