The post is open to civil servants of the territorial civil service at engineer grade, and to contract staff. A contract worker may be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Training in agronomy
Experience: Experience supporting farmers, ideally on agri-environmental or environmental services schemes
The profile they look for:
- Training in agronomy and experience supporting farmers in changing practices
- Good knowledge of farming, agricultural and water policies
- Experience in running projects, studies and technical advice
- Ability to bring players together and run meetings
- Good analysis, summary and writing skills
- Driving licence (permis B) essential
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
