Civil servants and contract staff. Open to the grades of engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer in the territorial civil service. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac+5 in environment, ecology and/or water
The profile they look for:
- Bac+5 degree in environment, ecology and/or water.
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations for environmental policies.
- Good command of scientific, technical and standards aspects of water and biodiversity.
- Strong skills in analysis and synthesis.
- Good team player with good working relationships.
- Rigorous, autonomous and reactive.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
