Civil servants and contract agents can apply. Contract agents need at least a Bac+3 degree. Civil servants must state their body, grade and step.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 minimum for a contract agent
The profile they look for:
- Team management and handling many different contacts
- Knowledge of CAP basics is a plus
- Ability to design and manage aid schemes
- Rigour, initiative and autonomy
- Ability to manage activity within deadlines and quality criteria
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
