Diploma: Bac+5 degree in public finance, management or public law
Experience: At least five years of experience, including a first experience managing or leading a project team

- Team management: set priorities, delegate, review
- Rigour and good summary skills
- Good relations with contacts at all levels
2 Résumé and cover letter
