Open to civil servants and contract staff. Contract staff can be hired under point 2° of article L332-2 or article L332-7 of the General Code of the Civil Service.

- Technical skills in buildings, construction and energy performance.
- Ability to lead a project and work as a team.
- Good at managing change and talking with staff.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with several departments.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
