Open to civil servants and non-civil servants. A non-civil servant would be hired on a contract, after no suitable civil servant applies.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of State services and the DDTM.
- Good knowledge of climate, energy, air and mobility.
- Experience in management and project management.
- Strong analysis and summary skills, written and spoken.
- Good people and teaching skills, and ability to represent the department.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply by email to the employer, with your CV and cover letter. Civil servants must also request a mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
