- Able to lead and manage a team.
- Able to manage deadlines and performance indicators.
- Availability and strong ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Post eligible for a 15-point NBI bonus and a 12,000 euro territorial retention bonus, paid in three instalments.
- Post may be vacant from 01/09/2026.
- The post includes managing a team of 10 staff.
