- Know the legal rules for managing National Education staff.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Analyse complex situations.
- Build and follow dashboards.
- Be rigorous, responsive and discreet.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply by email to the DSDEN of Lot, and send a copy to the general secretary of the 46 department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
