Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking
Experience: Confirmed experience in a central kitchen and in team management.
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in cooking, with experience in a central kitchen.
- Experience managing a team.
- Good command of cooking techniques, including cold chain.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Good computer skills; restaurant software is a plus.
- Public service mindset, teamwork, rigour and creativity.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer

- 36-hour cycle, Monday to Friday, roughly 6:00 to 13:15.
- Repeated carrying of heavy loads.
- Occasional volunteer work at festivities and ceremonies on weekends and public holidays.
