Diploma: Engineer in building or architect
Experience: At least 5 years of property experience, ideally in works follow-up

- Knowledge of RE2020, HQE and building renovation.
- Project management and teamwork skills (advanced level).
- Analysis, negotiation and oral communication skills.
- Budget, accounting and legal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
