The profile they look for:
- Master's level (bac+5) in geography or planning
- Knowledge of urban planning and sustainable development
- Skills with IT tools and GIS (QGIS)
- Knowledge of public procurement rules
- Ability to lead groups and work across teams
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
