Diploma: Higher education at Bac+3 minimum in planning, territorial development or law
Experience: Experienced: proven record leading revitalisation or local development projects

- Successful experience leading revitalisation or local development projects.
- Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for local authorities.
- Management skills and project methods.
- Rigour, strong organisation, good people skills and a sense of public service.
- Full driving licence (permis B) essential.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
