Diploma: Master 2 in public law, public contracts or public procurement law
Experience: 5 to 10 years as a public buyer, or experience with contracts worth several million euros and/or complex contracts

- Good knowledge of public procurement law and rules.
- Ability to write administrative acts and contract clauses.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
