Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (level 7)
Experience: Expert level. Project management experience required; experience as project owner for HR information systems is a plus.
The profile they look for:
- Master HR data analysis and value creation.
- Ability to design predictive modelling tools and decision dashboards.
- Proven expertise in project management, including project ownership.
- Translate HR needs into digital solutions that meet State standards.
- Lead a team and coordinate many stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
