Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply, if they meet the statutory conditions. Recognised disabled workers can also apply under a contract.

The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and cooking techniques
- Know the HACCP method and food hygiene rules
- Know stock management rules
- Be able to organise and lead a team
- Be able to handle conflicts and stress
- Work independently, with initiative and good organisation
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 20 (Closes in 21 days)
Apply on the employer's website, sending your CV and cover letter through the job offers section of the Region's site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
