2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 425 days)
Apply on the employer's site, from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Fill in the Interior Ministry's single form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- A driving licence (permis B) is essential.
- On-call duty is possible on weekends and public holidays.
- NBI bonus: 20 points.
