Civil servants in category A, in the attaché d'administration corps, RIFSEEP group 2, or seconded to it. Contract agents in employment group 4 of the Albanel circular.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Expert level; at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role (department head, deputy IT director or IT director).
The profile they look for:
- Several years of experience in IT and team management.
- Skills in project management and IT security rules.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and IT architectures.
- Mastery of public procurement and digital law (GDPR, accessibility).
- Ability to explain, present and defend strategies and budgets.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
