Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Proven team management experience, including field teams (stated in the profile).
The profile they look for:
- Proven experience managing field teams.
- Good knowledge of market rules and non-permanent (mobile) trading rules.
- Good knowledge of how cash offices (régies de recettes) work.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety on markets.
- Good people skills, negotiation skills and conflict management.
