Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the Attaché and Attaché principal grades of the territorial civil service.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: At least Bac+3, in animation, education sciences or social sciences
The profile they look for:
- Know the rules for youth activities and the supervision of minors
- Be able to lead and manage a team
- Know institutional funding (such as CAF) and partnerships
- Be able to manage projects and write well
- Show rigour, quick reactions and good listening skills
- Have a sense of public service and responsibility
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
