Open to civil servants (titulaires) at attaché, attaché principal, attaché hors classe or ingénieur grade, and to contract staff. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant has applied.

- Knowledge of waste, public procurement and public law.
- Team management and running meetings.
- Drafting public contracts and checking how they are carried out.
- Responsiveness, rigour and ability to summarise.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
