- Knowledge of the rules for schools and children's group activities.
- Knowledge of the civil service rules for local government and the ATSEM job group.
- Management skills and the ability to unite a team.

- Ability to handle emergencies and conflicts.
- Ability to work with internal and external partners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
