Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The post is subject to the special statute of prison service civil servants.
Category: Category A+ (senior management)
Diploma: Bachelor's degree (licence, bac+3) or equivalent
Experience: Experience wanted as a prison governor, in management and project leadership.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of criminal justice, prison and security policies.
- Legal knowledge and prison regulations.
- Experience in operational command and management.
- Assessing risks, including the danger posed by detained people.
- Very good management skills and a sense of dialogue.
- Ability to adapt, organise and analyse.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
