Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. Open grades: agent de maîtrise and agent de maîtrise principal.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP, CAP or bac pro, or agent de maîtrise grade
The profile they look for:
- Be an agent de maîtrise, or hold a BEP, CAP or bac pro
- Hold a B driving licence, CACES and electrical and working-at-height certificates
- Be able to organise a site and handle urgent tasks
- Master building techniques and reading plans
- Supervise well: rigour, listening, decisions, health and safety rules
- Have good people skills and a team spirit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
