Civil servants (titulaires) and contract employees can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in maintenance, mechanics, electrotechnics, technical equipment, or equivalent
Experience: Proven experience in building upkeep and maintenance, ideally in a local authority or the building sector
The profile they look for:
- CAP in maintenance, mechanics, electrotechnics or equivalent
- Proven experience in building upkeep and maintenance
- Knowledge of building trades and safety rules
- Ability to lead a team and follow up on work sites
- Use of a CMMS tool (GMAO) and office software
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
