Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of collective sanitation
- Knowledge of road and network works (VRD)
- Ability to organise and supervise a team
- Driving vehicles with a trailer and operating a mini excavator
- Punctuality, rigour and availability
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
