Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Work as a team and pass on information according to procedures.
- Report, raise alerts and communicate in writing and orally.
- Real technical skills, setting up and following small works.
- Know the rules for public buildings and sports facilities.
- Master Word and Excel.
- Authority, rigour, organisation and initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
