Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: DEJEPS or an equivalent diploma
The profile they look for:
- DEJEPS diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to manage teams and give meaning to their work.
- Rigour, listening skills and a sense of coordination.
- Skills in managing human and material resources.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
